Tungsten Carbide (TC) Scissors are manufactured with Tungsten Carbide Inserts in the
blades of the Scissor. Tungsten Carbide is much harder and longer lasting than Stainless
Steel and is designed to provide a longer lasting sharp edge on the Scissor blade for
many years. Tungsten Carbide Scissors are designated by Gold Ring Handles.
